Deposit:
A £80 deposit is required for all appointments, which can be applied toward the treatment cost. This deposit is non-refundable unless a cancellation or rescheduling notice is provided at least 72 hours in advance.
Appointment:
Upon arriving at the clinic, our receptionist will greet you and provide a medical questionnaire. Completing this form with detailed information about your health will assist us in better understanding your needs. Once finished, your practitioner will review the questionnaire before calling you in for the consultation.
Consent Process:
Prior to your appointment, you will receive an email with information about the treatment. We prioritize providing patients with the necessary details to make informed decisions about their care.
Consultation:
During the consultation, we delve into aspects of physiology, research, and best practice guidelines. Our expert experience is shared, and you’ll receive an individualized treatment plan along with information about each procedure, its potential results, maintenance, and associated costs. Your practitioner will discuss the treatment and answer any questions you may have.
Patch-Testing:
Certain laser treatments may require a patch test at least 24 hours before the actual treatment. This helps identify the most effective treatment level and ensures that the settings used will not cause adverse skin reactions. If possible, the patch test is done during the consultation; otherwise, a separate appointment may be needed.
For hyaluronidase injection, the patch test is conducted 10 minutes before treatment. Other treatments like botulinum toxin injection or dermal filler treatment do not require a patch test.
Photography:
Our clinic policy includes photographing patients before and after treatment for confidential files, not for marketing. These photos aid in assessing treatment effectiveness. If you wish to receive a copy, please email us. Occasionally, with patient consent, we may film or photograph parts of their treatment for clinic use, and we always seek your approval beforehand.
Aftercare:
Following your treatment, we provide information on caring for the treated area and maintain regular communication to monitor your progress. Our comprehensive follow-up ensures continued support after your treatment.
